All PAMPER porcelain tools are handcrafted in Korea by skilled ceramic artisans using refined, food-grade white clay.
Each piece is fired at a high temperature, ensuring durability, safety, and aesthetic quality.
Handcrafted Nature
Because each product is made by hand, slight variations may occur and are considered natural features, not defects.
Acceptable variations include:
> Minor iron specks from oxidation (≤1 mm)
> Subtle glaze tone or gloss differences
> Tiny pinholes caused by air bubbles (≤1 mm)
> Gentle flow or texture marks from the glazing process
These variations reflect the authenticity and individuality of handmade ceramics.
Product Care
> Handle with care to prevent cracks or breakage.
> Rinse with warm water and mild soap; dry thoroughly after each use.
> Avoid boiling water, dishwashers, or microwaves.
> Store in a clean, dry place.
Limitation of Liability
SOMAFLOW is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from misuse, dropping, or improper storage.

Intellectual Property
All content, photography, packaging, and product designs under the PAMPER brand are owned by SOMAFLOW and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Eligibility
Due to the personal care nature of this product, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for:
> Normal handmade variations (glaze tone, pinholes, minor specks, etc.)
> Products damaged by misuse or improper handling
> Orders beyond the 7-day return window
These natural characteristics are part of the handcrafted process and do not affect functionality or safety.
Replacement & Refund
Once your return request is approved:
> A replacement will be shipped free of charge.
> If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Each item is handcrafted in Korea and carefully inspected before shipment from our U.S. fulfillment center to ensure quality.
During high-volume or promotional periods, processing time may take slightly longer.
Shipping Area
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via trusted domestic carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping preference.
Typical delivery time:

> Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Damaged or Lost Packages
All products are packaged securely to prevent damage.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
